A spacious electric SUV, built for an easy ride
Our black car is a full-size electric SUV — tall enough to step into without folding yourself down, roomy enough to stretch out or ride beside a loved one, and so quiet you can hear yourself think. Everything about it is chosen to make a hard day a little gentler.
Low, easy step-in
A door and seat height set for climbing in without a struggle — no low crouch, no big lift.
Generous room
Wide seats and real legroom, so you're not cramped and a caregiver can sit right beside you.
Whisper quiet
An electric drivetrain means no engine drone or vibration — just a calm, restful cabin.
Smooth & steady
Instant, seamless acceleration and gentle stops — kinder on a sore body than stop-and-go traffic
MEDICAL TRANSPORT, DESIGNED AROUND THE PATIENT
A ride to care isn't an errand. It carries someone who may be nervous, sore, or simply tired of feeling like a burden. We built this service around that person.
Certified, medically trained drivers
Every driver is an EMT — background-checked and trained to help you safely, not just to hold a steering wheel. The steadying arm is part of the service.
On time, Every time
Medical appointments don't leave much room for delays. We arrive on time, stay through your visit, and get you home safely afterward.
Electric & silent
No engine noise, no fumes, no vibration. An all-electric SUV that keeps the cabin calm and clean — easier on anxious nerves and sensitive stomachs alike.
WHEELCHAIR SUPPORT WHEN YOU NEED IT
Not every patient needs a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, but many benefit from extra support. Ambiance Black Car combines premium comfort with wheelchair assistance when needed.
Wheelchair Assistance Without the Wheelchair Van — Support with mobility needs while enjoying the comfort and privacy of a premium vehicle.
Support That Adapts to the Day — Some days patients need a little extra help. We're ready to provide it when needed.
Designed Around Dignity and Independence — maintaining privacy and comfort throughout the journey.

Talk to our Team
The person behind the wheel makes the difference
Ours are EMT-certified and chosen for temperament as much as skill — patient with a slow walk, calm with a nervous rider, and quietly attentive to how you're doing without making a fuss of it. You're a person to them, not a pickup.
EMT-trained
Trained to help you move safely and to notice if something isn't right.
Gentle & unhurried
We move at your pace, with a steadying arm whenever you want one.
Discreet
Where you're going stays between us — always private, never questioned.
Quiet if you want it
Conversation only if you'd like it — otherwise a calm, restful cabin.

drop-down arrow
  • Properly handling situations with stairs and narrow hallways is critical for the safety of both our employees and our patients.

  • If more than 2 stairs are involved with a gurney patient, we need to know so that we can ensure the patient can be transported up the stairs in one of our electric stair chairs. It would be extremely dangerous to transport a patient up a set of stairs in one of our gurneys and we do not use backboards. In the case where stairs are involved and the patient cannot sit in a stair chair, a backboard will need to be used and this will require a BLS transport.
  • If a narrow hallway with tight turns is involved for a gurney patient, we will again need to know if there is carpeting that will prevent the use of an electric stair chair.

In addition, our system and process will perform what we refer to as a “warm hand-off”. We will capture the name and signature of the individual accepting the patient to protect the hospital of SNF from any allegations of failed delivery.
what is the differnece between NEMT gurney & BLS Non - Emergency?
drop-down arrow
  • NEMT Gurney can transport every non-emergency gurney patient except those requiring BLS monitoring or have active IVs, open wounds, or are intubated.
  • NEMT Gurney is not paid for by Medicare.
  • BLS Non-Emergency is not reimbursed by Medicare when an appropriate alternative is available, so Medicare would not reimburse the provider for BLS Non-Emergency in these instances.
  • Bottom line, there is no difference between NEMT Gurney and BLS Non-Emergency in 90% of the hospital discharge cases
  • Both NEMT gurney and BLS Non-emergency take COVID patients
If I make a reservation for transport to an appointment and cancel, will I be charged?
drop-down arrow
